Elevate Fitness is a vertical movement program and it’s an exciting way to get in shape.

Our workout will be different from your usual exercise routine, and a lot more fun! It will also be a lot more effective than your usual cardio exercises, like jogging.

Are you ready to burn up to 1,000 calories in 1 hour?

This type of workout is an excellent way to clear out metabolic waste from your cells and to detoxify your lymphatic system. The lymph system is vital to your immune system, but the vessels are made of one-way valves the longest sections run up the legs and arms. Exercises, like rebounding, have been reported to increase lymph flow, 15-30x, which can increase your immune cell activity by up to 5 times!

Reservations and Walk-ins

If you want to drop-in for classes, you can come by any Saturday for only $10 each.

To ensure you get the best results, you can purchase a 6 class punch-card for only $50!

Arrive time is 8:15 am and classes start at 8:30 am.

Childcare is available for just $4 for the first child and $1/ each sibling.

What To Wear

You’ll want workout clothes that can wick sweat away from your skin and keep you cool. knee length shorts or pants are a good choice; some activities include bouncing on your knees, so keeping them covered is a good idea.

Tighter is better.



Yoga pants make it easier to climb out of foam pits.

Sports bras will be more comfortable, no clips to dig into your skin; especially when bouncing on your back.



Wear long workout shorts with a drawstring.

Tight clothes, like UnderArmor under your regular workout clothes, will keep you comfortable and prevent rub-burns.


Men and Women:

Grippy socks will protect your feet from rub burns, germs, and most importantly, they will ensure that you have solid footing on the trampoline beneath you.

What to Bring

Bring water! You’ll need a lot of water, during and after your workout. Bring a bottle with reliable lids, like a squeeze top, nipple, straw or spout would all be better than a regular twist top water bottles.

We have a drinking fountain where you can refill your water bottle, you can also buy Power-Aid at our restaurant, as needed.

Water will flush toxins from your muscles out of your lymph systems; without constant hydration, those toxins will settle back into your muscle cells and you will spend the next two days with aching muscles.

(TMI: The clearer your urine, the more hydrated you are, and the better you’ll feel)

Drinks are only allowed on solid walking surfaces, not on the trampolines or foam pits.

Bring a towel. You’re gonna sweat, it would be smart to bring a towel to dry off in between exercises; it will keep you, the trampoline and other jumpers safe and dry.

When to Arrive

Be here 10-15 minutes before class so you can check-in, sign your waiver and get ready for the workout.

Your extra clothes: socks, shoes, jewelry, phones, etc. can be put in cubbies in the lobby or in sports bags, behind the front counter.

Make sure you stretch and warm up your ankles and legs before we get started, too.
